Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Policy Implementation
- Lead daily HR operations for textile units (production, stitching, knitting, dyeing, finishing).
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage attendance, time office, payroll support, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate HRMIS updating, overtime records, and shift scheduling.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Oversee hiring of workers, supervisors, technical staff, and management employees.
- Maintain manpower levels for all shifts based on production requirements.
- Conduct interviews, screening, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
- Coordinate with department heads for urgent manpower needs.
3. Employee Relations / Industrial Relations (ER/IR)
- Handle employee grievances, misconduct cases, inquiries, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain good relations with workers and factory management.
- Handle union matters (if applicable) and ensure peaceful work environment.
- Support compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
4. Compliance Management
- Ensure full compliance with Pakistan Labor Laws, EOBI, Social Security.
- Maintain updated employee records, personal files, and legal documentation.
- Support internal and external compliance audits with accurate documentation.
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps in production departments and organize relevant trainings.
- Conduct training programs for supervisors, line leaders, and workers.
- Oversee induction training and periodic refresher sessions.
- Maintain training calendars and evaluation reports.
6. Performance Management
- Implement KPIs and performance appraisal processes.
- Assist department heads in evaluating staff performance and identifying improvements.
- Support reward programs and performance-based increments/promotions.
7. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll through attendance verification and allowance calculation.
- Manage leaves, OT, shift allowances, and benefits documentation.
- Conduct market surveys for C&B benchmarking in textile industry.
8. Administration Coordination
- Coordinate with Admin department for transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, and safety matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of staff facilities and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- MBA-HR / Master’s in HRM / MPA (preferred).
- Certification in HR, IR, compliance, or labor law is a plus.
Required Experience
- 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in textile manufacturing.
- Strong background in factory HR operations and labor management.
- Experience in handling compliance audits and manpower planning.
