Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics).
  • Manage daily posting and maintain a content calendar across all platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist with paid social advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Support influencer collaborations and community outreach initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creative content creation and basic graphic/video editing skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and optimize strategies for better performance.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
