Role Overview:
Sadaqat Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead the Fabric Inspection Department for knitted fabrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent fabric quality from knitting through to cutting, minimizing rejections, and implementing world-class inspection standards aligned with international buyer requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in knitted fabric inspection, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of knitting structures, dyeing processes, and finishing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with fabric defect analysis and quality systems.
- Familiarity with international buyer standards (USA/EU markets).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel / ERP systems preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in vertically integrated knitwear setups.
- Exposure to continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to drive automation and digital inspection systems.
