Our client is expanding its presence in Pakistan’s solar sector. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive partnerships, growth and sustainability. Close major EPC projects, strengthen brand presence, and lead market expansion.
Role Objective:
To grow business by building strong EPC and developer relationships, securing large contracts, executing effective marketing strategies, and creating sustainable revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities.
Business Development:
• Develop and manage EPC, installer, and developer partnerships
• Form partnerships with solar panel manufacturers, distributers and project consultants.
• Increase online presence (Ecommerce)
• Secure bulk and long-term supply contracts
• Lead high-value negotiations and deal closures
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Expand business into new regions and segments
Marketing & Brand Development:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, trade, and field marketing)
• Manage company branding, brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Coordinate exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events
• Strengthen client’s business’s market positioning and visibility
• Work with designers and agencies for marketing materials
Market & Operations Coordination:
• Monitor competitors and market trends and guide internal engineering teams to develop and adopt designs.
• Analyse customer feedback and market demand
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Maintain CRM and submit performance and campaign reports
